Operators authenticate at the vehicle through the SafetyConnect Access app, with facial recognition that confirms the right person, with current training and authorisation, is at the wheel. Authentication status streams to the server in real time, so unauthorised starts never happen.
Pre-trip safety check
The mandated daily safety check moves from paper to the operator’s phone, completed before the vehicle starts. Photo evidence, defect flagging, and shift-by-shift trail, so the check is enforced, recorded, and audit-ready.
