Can we keep our existing permit forms?

Yes. We replicate your existing permit forms in the platform, same fields, same approval chain, same conditions, and then progressively digitise the friction points your teams complain about. You don't have to standardise before you start.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The mobile app captures permits offline and syncs when connectivity returns. Critical for plants with poor cellular coverage.

How does contractor management work?

Contractors can be issued limited-access accounts to raise permits on their work. Their permits are routed to your approvers; their data is segregated; their access expires when their contract ends.
